THE METHOD

Your guide to Vision Workshop

Turn your Power Goal into a first-person story of life after achieving it.

Choose a version and language

If no version is specified, V2 opens by default. You can switch to V3. Use the selectors at the top. V2 offers up to six guided questions and two optional extras. V3 follows your answers more freely and pauses for review by twelve answers. Both let you write early and return to earlier answers. Choose English, Spanish, French, German, Croatian, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean or Japanese.

Answering in V3

In V3, “Your story so far” and “About this question” start collapsed; open them when helpful. Short answers and several paragraphs both work. Enter adds a paragraph; Continue accepts any nonempty answer. “Suggest ideas” stays directly available. After choosing an idea, you may see an optional invitation to add one personal detail. It never blocks Continue or Skip and is not a rewrite requirement or a score. A character notice appears only near the 4,000-character answer limit. If a paste would exceed it, the current answer stays unchanged and a message explains why. Changing language never translates saved writing.

Make the day yours

Start with your own Power Goal. Describe meaningful experiences, people or solitude, places and the ending you want. A quiet day is as valid as an adventurous one. Suggestions are optional starting points: select and edit only what fits. Unselected ideas do not become your story. Only in V2, continuing or finishing early with an unchanged suggestion you selected may prompt you once per interview to make it more personal. Choose “Add a detail” to edit your answer inside the popup, with no required amount to add, or “This already fits me” to continue your chosen action. You can still skip or go back. In both versions, a checkmark shows ideas already added to your answer; selecting them again does not add a duplicate. You can hide and reopen the ideas. In V2, closing the popup keeps your edits without continuing.

Skip, review and write

Skip optional details you do not want to supply. Review your answers and the story brief before writing. Missing optional details should be omitted from the story. V3 full writing may need a choice when your answers give incompatible directions; V2 draft writing uses the available answers without blocking for optional details. Your original answers remain available if a generated summary needs recovery.

Read and edit your vision

Your vision describes the achieved future in first person and present tense. V2 aims for 7–9 minutes aloud; V3 aims for 8–12, estimated at 150 words per minute. A coherent shorter statement is preferable to invented detail or padding. A starter gives you a shorter opening to continue yourself. Review personal facts, edit the manuscript and download it as a text file.

Keep your progress

V2 and V3 save separately in this browser. Back and version changes preserve saved work. A language change translates the interface and future responses; it does not rewrite your existing answers. A new device, browser or website address cannot automatically access another browser’s saved work. There is no mobile-app account sync.

Ratings, privacy and availability

At the end, you can rate your statement from one to five. Analytics measure screens, active time, suggestions, version, language and anonymous ratings. V3 also measures question and help length, answer length and whether it has two words, opening help or ideas, and requests for clarification. Goals, answers and manuscripts are not sent to Mixpanel. Your writing is sent to the AI provider to generate responses. Shared-device users may see saved writing. Usage limits protect the service; a temporary error should leave your work intact. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable analytics. Screen recording and automatic interaction capture are off. A blocked rating never prevents writing. AI writing needs your review and does not guarantee achievement.
